Tenglyn M 500 Tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults who do not achieve adequate blood sugar control with metformin alone. The combination of teneligliptin and metformin improves insulin secretion, reduces glucose production, and lowers post-meal blood sugar spikes.

Follow these instructions while taking Tenglyn M 500 Tablet:

1. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
