Teneblu-M Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It assists diet and exercise in controlling blood sugar levels. The tablet enhances glycemic control when metformin alone is insufficient and lowers the risk of serious complications related to diabetes, such as kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, and loss of limbs. It also helps in preventing heart disease related to uncontrolled diabetes.

• Be sure to swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Don't crush or chew the tablet, as this could affect how the medication works.

• Take your medicine at the same times every day to maintain a consistent level in your body.

• Always remember to take your medicine with meals, ideally at the beginning of your meal.

Teneblu-M Tablet is taken orally.

• Teneligliptin (20 mg): This component slows down the inactivation of incretin hormones like GLP-1 and GIP by inhibiting the DPP-4 enzyme. Incretins increase insulin synthesis and release from the pancreas when blood glucose is high. Teneligliptin also reduces glucagon secretion from the pancreas, which decreases hepatic glucose production.
