Tendia M Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults when treatment with one medicine does not control blood sugar adequately.
It contains teneligliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor that helps the body release more insulin after meals, and metformin, which improves the response to insulin and reduces the glucose the liver makes.
Take it with meals as prescribed, and do not skip meals.
Tell your doctor about any kidney, liver or heart-rhythm problems, or a history of low blood sugar, before use. Seek urgent help for severe weakness or breathlessness, which can rarely signal lactic acidosis, and report a fast or irregular heartbeat.
