Composition

Gliclazide (80 Mg) + Metformin (500 Mg) + Voglibose (0.3 Mg)

Cyblex Mv 80.3 Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It is a combination antidiabetic medicine containing glimepiride (a sulfonylurea), metformin (a biguanide) and voglibose (an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor).

It is also used to help control blood sugar when diet and exercise alone are not enough. Take it with the first bite of your main meals in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor, as voglibose needs to be present with food to work.

Keep to regular mealtimes to reduce the risk of low blood sugar, and control portions of rice, roti and sweets.

Before starting, tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, or are planning surgery or contrast imaging and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. If your blood sugar drops too low, treat it with glucose rather than ordinary table sugar. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
