Tacroz Forte XL Ointment is used to treat moderate to severe eczema.

Uses of Tacroz Forte XL Ointment are:

• Atopic Dermatitis: Reduces redness, intense itching and inflammation.
• Steroid Alternative: Useful where steroid creams are unsuitable, without thinning the skin.
• Long-Term Control: Helps prevent flare-ups when used as directed.

To use Tacroz Forte XL Ointment effectively, follow these steps:

• Before application, make sure the affected skin area is clean and dry.
• Apply the ointment to the affected areas as directed by your doctor, and rub it gently and completely into the skin.
• After application, wash your hands; unless they are in the area being affected.
• Do not apply on your skin for more than 6 weeks continuously, without consulting your doctor.

Tacroz Forte XL Ointment contains tacrolimus (0.1%), which works on your body in the following ways:

• Reduces skin inflammation: Tacorimus effectively reduces inflammation and itching by blocking the production of inflammatory cytokines and T-lymphocytes.

• Store Tacroz Forte XL Ointment at room temperature below 25°C.
• Keep the ointment tube tightly closed when not in use, to protect it from air and moisture.
• Always keep this medicine out of reach of children.
