Stator Asp 75 Capsule is used to lower high cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart attacks and strokes. It is a combination medicine containing atorvastatin (a statin) and aspirin (an antiplatelet).
Atorvastatin lowers "bad" cholesterol (LDL), while aspirin helps prevent harmful blood clots. It is especially useful for people with existing heart disease or a high risk of cardiovascular events. Take it in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor.
Eat less saturated fat by cutting down on fried food, ghee and butter, stay physically active, maintain a healthy weight and avoid smoking.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have bleeding problems, stomach ulcers or liver disease, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Tell your doctor or dentist before any surgery or dental work. Ask your doctor about use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Report unusual bleeding or bruising, or unexplained muscle pain, promptly. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
