Duphaston Tablet 10

Duphaston Tablet is used to treat menstrual irregularities, progesterone deficiency, infertility related to hormonal imbalance, and to support pregnancy. It helps maintain normal menstrual cycles and supports the uterine lining during early pregnancy.

• Duphaston 10mg Tablets can be taken with or without food.
• This medicine can not be taken on an empty stomach.
• Do not chew or break the medicine.
• Consume it with water.

The tablet is taken orally. Duphaston is to be taken wholly and should not be crushed or chewed.

• Duphaston 10mg contains dydrogesterone which resembles progesterone. Progesterone is a natural hormone secreted by the body and is responsible for normal menstrual health. 
• The duphaston 10mg binds and activates the progesterone receptor where it initiates normal regular growth and shedding of womb lining. It helps in regularising irregular periods problems due to deficiency of progesterone.

• Store Duphaston 10mg below 30 ºC.
• Protect Duphaston 10mg from light and moisture.
• Keep Duphaston 10mg away from children.
• Do not use the tablet beyond the expiration date printed on the label.

• Doing regular exercise and physical activities can reduce hot flushes and help you sleep better. Weight-bearing exercises, like walking or lifting light weights, can also make your bones stronger.
• Wear loose clothes before bedtime and sleep in a cool, well-ventilated room to prevent hot flushes and night sweats. Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
• Limit your intake of caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods, as these can trigger hot flushes. Opt for stress-free meals to improve your mood swings caused by hormonal changes.
• Try relaxation techniques like yoga, tai chi, or meditation to calm your body and mind and reduce stress, which can worsen hot flushes.
• Smoking can worsen hot flushes and increase your risk of developing chronic conditions like heart disease, stroke, and cancer. Quitting smoking can help reduce hot flushes and improve your overall health.
