Limiting fluid intake in the evening, avoiding caffeine and alcohol, emptying the bladder before going to bed, and maintaining a healthy weight can help manage urinary symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have severe kidney or liver disease or low blood pressure. Inform your eye specialist if you are scheduled for cataract surgery, as silodosin can affect the pupil during surgery.
