It contains pyridostigmine, a cholinesterase inhibitor that improves nerve signal transmission to muscles. Take the tablet as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food. Spacing doses evenly throughout the day as advised helps maintain muscle strength during daily activities. Do not stop or alter your dosage without medical supervision.
Managing energy levels and planning rest breaks can complement medical therapy. Pace physical activities, eat smaller and balanced meals to prevent fatigue while chewing, and avoid overexertion to maintain functional strength throughout the day.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, slow heart rate, heart rhythm problems, kidney disease, or urinary obstruction.
