Anobliss Cream is primarily used to treat anal fissures, helping to reduce sharp pain, burning, and discomfort during or after bowel movements. It provides targeted relief, improving comfort and aiding in the healing process of the affected area.

Here's how to use Anobliss Cream:

• Always ensure the affected anal area is clean and dry before applying the cream.

• Apply a thin layer of the prescribed amount of cream directly on the affected area and just inside your anus as directed by your doctor.

• Avoid any contact with eyes, mouth, or open wounds. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly.

• Do not apply on broken, inflamed, or infected skin.

• After application, wash your hands thoroughly to prevent any potential spread of infection.

• Consult your doctor for specific advice regarding its use.

Anobliss Cream is applied topically.

Anobliss Cream contains three active ingredients:

• Nifedipine (0.3%): As a dihydropyridine class of calcium channel blocker, nifedipine acts on smooth muscles lining blood vessels, causing them to relax. When applied to the anus, it increases blood flow to the area, reduces anal pressure and allows sphincter muscles to relax.

• Lidocaine (1.5%): This fast-acting local anaesthetic works by temporarily numbing nerve endings in the applied area. It achieves this by stabilising the neuronal membrane and inhibiting the ionic fluxes required for nerve impulses to start and continue.

• Imudurea (0.2%): Imudurea in Anobliss Cream acts as a preservative, to protect the product from microbial contamination.

Together, these ingredients work synergistically while lidocaine numbs the area providing immediate relief from pain, nifedipine improves circulation and provides a soothing effect, aiding the healing process.

• Store Anobliss Cream at room temperature below 25°C.

• Keep it away from excessive heat and moisture.

• Maintain good hydration: Drinking plenty of water can help soften your stools, reducing discomfort during bowel movements, especially if you have anal fissures.
