Anobliss Cream is used to relieve pain, burning, and discomfort caused by anal fissures in adults, and to support healing of the affected area during bowel movements.

Uses of Anobliss Cream are:

• Anal Fissures: Reduces sharp pain and burning during and after bowel movements.
• Haemorrhoid Discomfort: Helps relieve pain and irritation associated with haemorrhoids.
• Post-procedure Comfort: Eases discomfort following rectal examinations or surgery on the anal area.

Here's how to use Anobliss Cream:

• Always ensure the affected anal area is clean and dry before applying the cream.
• Apply a thin layer of the prescribed amount of cream directly to the affected area and just inside the anus as directed by your doctor.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, and mouth. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• After application, wash your hands thoroughly.
• Consult your doctor for specific advice regarding its use.

Anoblis Cream is applied locally to the anal area.

Anobliss Cream contains two active ingredients:

• Nifedipine (0.3%): Nifedipine is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. When applied to the anal area, it relaxes the anal sphincter muscle, reduces anal pressure, improves blood flow to the affected area, and promotes healing of anal fissures.
• Lidocaine (1.5%): Lidocaine is a fast-acting local anaesthetic that temporarily numbs the nerve endings in the applied area, helping to relieve pain and discomfort. It works by blocking the transmission of pain signals through nerves.

Together, these ingredients work synergistically. While lidocaine provides rapid pain relief by numbing the area, nifedipine helps improve blood flow and promotes healing of the affected tissue.

• Keep it away from excessive heat and moisture.
• Do not freeze the cream.
• Always keep the tube tightly closed when not in use.

• Maintain good hydration: Drinking plenty of water can help soften your stools, reducing discomfort during bowel movements, especially if you have anal fissures.
• High-fibre diet: Consuming a diet rich in fibre can help prevent constipation, which can exacerbate anal fissures. Include whole grains, fruits, and vegetables in your meals.
