Rozucor Gold 10 Capsule is used for the following:

• Managing the risk of heart attack in those with existing heart disease or peripheral arterial disease
• Lowering the chances of experiencing a stroke or other cardiovascular incidents
• Preventing blood clots in patients who have suffered a recent heart attack, unstable angina, or stroke
• Reducing high cholesterol levels, including total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides
• Increasing HDL (good) cholesterol levels

Follow these instructions while taking Rozucor Gold 10 Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush or open the capsule.
• It can be taken with or without food.
• Make sure to take this medicine regularly as prescribed by your doctor.

Rozucor Gold 10 Capsule contains three active ingredients:

• Aspirin (75 mg): This ingredient works by inhibiting the production of thromboxane A2 in your body. Thromboxane A2 is a substance that encourages platelets – small blood particles that help wounds heal – to clump together. By reducing the production of thromboxane A2, aspirin helps prevent blood clot formation.
• Clopidogrel (75 mg): This component prevents platelets from clumping together by blocking a specific receptor on them called the P2Y12 receptor. This action reduces the risk of clot formation in blood vessels.
• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): This ingredient belongs to a group of medicines known as statins. It works by inhibiting an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase in your body. This enzyme plays a key role in producing cholesterol in your liver. By reducing its activity, rosuvastatin effectively lowers cholesterol levels.

• Store your Rozucor Gold 10 Capsule at a moderate room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
