Roseday Gold Capsule 10

Roseday Gold Capsule is used for:

• Reducing the risk of further cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients prone to aspirin-associated gastric ulcers.
• Lowering the combined risk of death and nonfatal stroke in individuals who have previously experienced ischaemic stroke or transient ischaemia.
• Decreasing the risk of death and nonfatal myocardial infarction in patients with previous myocardial infarction or unstable angina.
• Minimising the chance of myocardial infarction and sudden death in patients diagnosed with chronic stable angina.
• Assisting those who have already undergone revascularisation procedures such as Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) or Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA).
• Reducing the likelihood of heart attack, stroke, and vascular death in patients with established atherosclerosis.
• Slowing atherosclerosis progression in patients with elevated C-reactive protein (CRP) and a history of Coronary Heart Disease.

Administer Roseday Gold Capsule as follows:

• Swallow one capsule whole with water.
• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule.
• This medicine can be taken with or without food.

Roseday Gold Capsule is taken orally.

Roseday Gold Capsule contains three active ingredients:

• Aspirin (75 mg): This component works by irreversibly inhibiting platelet cyclooxygenase in your body, which helps prevent thromboxane A2 production and platelet aggregation and reduces blood clot formation.
• Clopidogrel (75 mg): This antiplatelet agent selectively inhibits Adenosine Diphosphate (ADP) binding to its platelet receptor. By doing so, it prevents the activation of certain proteins that would otherwise cause platelets to clump together, thus preventing blood clots.
• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): This ingredient belongs to a class of drugs known as statins. It works by competitively inhibiting an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase, which plays a crucial role in cholesterol production inside your body. By blocking this enzyme, Rosuvastatin increases the number of hepatic Low-Density Lipoprotein (LDL) receptors on the cell surface, enhancing the uptake and breakdown of LDL and reducing its levels in your blood.
