It is a combination medicine belonging to the groups of medicines called angiotensin receptor blockers and diuretics (water tablets). One ingredient relaxes and widens the blood vessels, while the other helps the body remove excess fluid, lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow. Take it at the same time each day, and continue taking it even if you feel well, as high blood pressure often has no symptoms.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any kidney problems, diabetes, gout, or other medicines you take, and whether you are pregnant or planning pregnancy, as it is not suitable in pregnancy. Stand up slowly to reduce dizziness, and your doctor may check your kidney function and blood salts, including potassium, from time to time.
