Tide Plus 10 Tablet is used to manage fluid retention (edema) and high blood pressure. It helps eliminate excess salt and water from the body while maintaining potassium balance, reducing swelling, and supporting cardiovascular function.

• Tide Plus 10 tablet is a prescription drug. 
• Swallow the tablet as a whole along with water. Do not chew, crush or break the tablet.
• Take the medicine along with meals preferably in the morning.
• Try taking the medicine at the same time every day.

Tide Plus 10 tablets are administered orally.

• Tide Plus 10 tablet composition consists of two drugs, spironolactone 25mg and torsemide 10mg. 
• Spironolactone acts by removing sodium and water Torsemide also increases the urinary excretion of sodium, water, and chloride.
