Tide Plus 10 Tablet 10

Tide Plus 10 Tablet is used in the long-term management of fluid overload and high blood pressure in adults with heart failure, liver disease, or kidney disorders.

Uses of Tide Plus 10 Tablet are:

• Fluid Retention: Helps remove excess fluid swelling (oedema) linked to heart failure, liver cirrhosis, or nephrotic syndrome.
• High Blood Pressure: Helps lower and control elevated blood pressure levels.
• Electrolyte Balance: Helps prevent excessive potassium loss while removing excess body water.

• Tide Plus 10 tablet is a prescription drug. 
• Swallow the tablet as a whole along with water. Do not chew, crush or break the tablet.
• Take the medicine along with meals preferably in the morning.
• Try taking the medicine at the same time every day.

Tide Plus 10 tablets are administered orally.

• Tide Plus 10 tablet composition consists of two drugs, spironolactone 25mg and torsemide 10mg. 
• Spironolactone acts by removing sodium and water Torsemide also increases the urinary excretion of sodium, water, and chloride. 
• Therefore, this combination acts by eliminating excess water thereby reducing blood pressure and oedema. 
• They also maintain the potassium levels of the body.

• Avoid eating potassium-rich food.
