Ramcor-H 5 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Ramipril (5 mg): This angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor blocks the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II, a substance that narrows blood vessels. By reducing angiotensin II levels, ramipril helps relax and widen blood vessels, making it easier for your heart to pump blood and thus lowering your blood pressure.

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): This thiazide diuretic increases the amount of salt and water eliminated by your kidneys.
