It contains fosfomycin, an antibiotic effective against many common UTI-causing bacteria. It is often given as a single dose, as it works by stopping bacterial growth in the urinary tract.
Dissolve the powder in half a glass of water and take it on an empty stomach, ideally at bedtime after emptying the bladder.
