Monurol Granules 8gm contains fosfomycin (3 gm), which acts on your body through two main mechanisms:

• Enzyme Inhibition: Fosfomycin works by blocking an enzyme essential for the production of bacterial cell walls. This enzyme is needed by bacteria to build their cell walls which provide structure and protection.
• Reducing Bacteria Adherence: Apart from disrupting cell wall formation, Fosfomycin also reduces the adherence of bacteria to cells lining your urinary tract, further preventing infection.

• Store Monurol Granules 8gm at room temperature, not exceeding 30°C.
• Keep the product out of direct sunlight and away from excess moisture.
• Do not open the sachet until you're ready to use the medication.

• Since urinary tract infections can be caused by dehydration, make sure you drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. This helps flush bacteria out of your system.
