CompositionNepaflam Eye Drops are used to relieve eye pain, redness and inflammation after cataract surgery. They may also help reduce the risk of swelling at the back of the eye (macular oedema), particularly in people with diabetes.
It contains nepafenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) eye drop. Instil the drops into the affected eye exactly as directed by your doctor, and do not use them for more than fourteen days unless advised.
Wearing sunglasses outdoors, avoiding rubbing the eye, and attending all follow-up appointments support healing alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have a bleeding disorder or are taking blood-thinning medicines before starting. Report increasing eye pain, worsening redness, vision changes, or any signs of infection immediately.
