Met XL 25 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure, angina, and irregular heart rhythms. It works by slowing the heart rate and reducing the heart’s workload, helping improve blood flow, control chest pain, and maintain stable heart rhythm over long-term use.

Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it.
Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Met XL 25 Tablet is taken orally.

Met XL 25 Tablet may cause side effects including decreased blood pressure, dizziness, fatigue, headache, nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, lightheadedness (especially on standing), and weakness. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or become severe.

Managing the Side Effects:

Decreased blood pressure: Rise slowly when getting up from a seated or lying position.
Dizziness: Rise slowly from a sitting or lying position to avoid sudden changes in blood pressure.
