Myotan Ct 40/6.25 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

Follow these instructions while taking Myotan Ct 40/6.25 Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.

• Try to take it at the same time each day.

• Ensure you drink enough water throughout the day.

Myotan Ct 40/6.25 Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Myotan Ct 40/6.25 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Azilsartan medoxomil (40 mg): This component belongs to a class called angiotensin II receptor blockers (ARBs). It works by blocking angiotensin II from binding to receptors in your blood vessels, preventing blood vessel narrowing and reducing sodium retention. This helps your blood vessels relax and widen, lowering your blood pressure.

• Chlorthalidone (6.25 mg): This is a thiazide-like diuretic, often called a "water pill". It increases urine production and promotes the excretion of sodium and water from your body. This reduces the volume of blood circulating in your vessels, which helps lower blood pressure over time.

• Store Myotan Ct 40/6.25 Tablet 10 at room temperature below 25°C.

• Keep the tablets in their original packaging until ready to use.
