Levipil 750 Tablet is used to control seizures in epilepsy, including partial-onset seizures, either on its own or together with other anti-epileptic medicines.

Uses of Levipil 750 Tablet are:

• Epilepsy: Controls seizures caused by abnormal brain activity, including partial-onset seizures, alone or with other anti-epileptic medicines.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water: Avoid crushing, chewing or breaking it.

• You can take this medicine with or without food: Just ensure you take it at the same time every day for the best results.

• Always follow your doctor's advice regarding dosage and duration: Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

Remember, never stop taking this medicine abruptly. If you need to stop, discuss it with your doctor who will gradually reduce your dose.

Levipil 750 Tablet contains Levetiracetam (750 mg) and works on the body as follows:

• Attachment to Specific Sites: Levetiracetam attaches itself to SV2A sites on the surfaces of nerve cells in the brain.

• Suppression of Abnormal Neuronal Activity: By attaching to these sites, Levetiracetam suppresses the abnormal activity of neurons, helping to manage seizures.

• Prevention of Electrical Signal Spread: The attachment of Levetiracetam to nerve cells inhibits the spread of electrical signals that trigger seizures, thus aiding in seizure control.

• Keep Levipil 750 Tablet at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.

• Shield the medication from excessive light and moisture.

• Seal the medicine container tightly after every use.

• Always keep it out of reach of children.
