Levera-750 Tablet is used to manage epilepsy and control partial-onset seizures. It contains levetiracetam, an anticonvulsant that helps stabilise electrical activity in the brain and prevent abnormal signals that cause seizures.
It is suitable for adults and children over one month of age, and can be used alone or alongside other antiepileptic medicines. Take it orally as prescribed. Do not stop taking it suddenly, as this may increase the risk of seizures; any changes should be made gradually under medical guidance.
Getting adequate sleep, avoiding alcohol, and attending regular check-ups with your neurologist can help support seizure control alongside this medicine. Take care with driving or operating machinery until your seizures are well controlled.
Before taking this medicine, tell your child's doctor if you have any kidney problems, a history of depression or mood changes, or are taking other medicines. Report any unusual irritability, mood changes, or signs of infection. It is not suitable during pregnancy without medical advice.
