Erytop-N Gel is used to treat acne vulgaris by targeting acne-causing bacteria and reducing inflammation, helping clear existing acne and prevent new breakouts.

Primary uses of Erytop-N Gel are:

• Acne Vulgaris: Reduces acne-causing bacteria and helps prevent the formation of new spots.
• Inflammation: Calms redness and swelling associated with inflamed pimples and pustules.
• Acne Management: Helps improve the appearance of acne with continued use.

• Cleanse your skin thoroughly before applying the gel.
• Take the prescribed amount of gel on your fingertips and apply it to the affected area.
• Gently massage the gel into your skin until it is completely absorbed.
• If Erytop-N Gel accidentally enters the eye, immediately wash your eye with cool, clean water.
• Before using the gel, perform a patch test to check for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

Erytop-N Gel is applied externally to the affected area. It is meant for external use only and should not be taken orally.

Erytop-N Gel contains the following components: 

• Clindamycin (1%): It is an antibiotic that works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, thereby preventing the growth and reproduction of certain bacteria. It helps to combat bacterial infections associated with acne. 
• Nicotinamide (4%): It is also known as niacinamide or vitamin B3. It exhibits anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce the redness, swelling, and inflammation associated with acne. Additionally, nicotinamide regulates the production of sebum, an oily substance produced by the skin. Balancing sebum production helps prevent clogged pores and the formation of acne lesions.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Do not freeze.
• Keep Erytop-N Gel away from children.

• Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen before sun exposure, as topical clindamycin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. This precaution helps prevent sunburn and minimises the risk of hyperpigmentation.
• Avoid harsh scrubbing or over-washing, which can irritate the skin and worsen acne.
• Use non-comedogenic moisturisers to keep the skin hydrated and protected.
• Avoid excessive touching, picking, or squeezing of acne lesions, leading to further inflammation and potential scarring.
