Clindamycin (1 %) + Nicotinamide (4 %)

Usit Gel 15gm is used to treat acne and pimples. It contains clindamycin, an antibiotic that kills acne-causing bacteria, and nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), which reduces inflammation, redness, and excess oil production.
