Ecosprin Gold 40 Capsule has three active ingredients that work together:

• Atorvastatin (40 mg): This ingredient competitively inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, the rate-limiting enzyme in cholesterol.
• Clopidogrel (75 mg): It functions as a prodrug that requires hepatic biotransformation via CYP2C19 to its active metabolite.
