This medicine also helps manage conditions like acute and chronic bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bronchiectasis, and bronchial asthma where expectoration is difficult. It is also beneficial for post-operative mucus retention and respiratory distress syndrome.
