Drolgan Tablet 10

Drolgan Tablet is used for relieving abdominal and menstrual pain. It helps alleviate discomfort caused by cramps and other pain-related conditions. Take it as prescribed by your doctor, and consult them if the pain persists or worsens.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

The Drolgan Tablet is taken orally. 

The Drolgan Tablet contains the following components:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits an enzyme called COX-2. This enzyme produces prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. By blocking COX-2, aceclofenac reduces pain signals.
• Drotaverine (80 mg): It is an antispasmodic that acts on smooth muscles, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract and uterus. It inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase, which leads to muscle relaxation. This helps relieve cramps and spasms.

The storage instructions for the Drolgan Tablet are as follows:

• Drolgan Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Engage in mild exercises like jogging and walking to stretch your muscles, reducing the risk of spasms, tears, and sprains.
• Avoid extreme temperatures, both cold and hot, which can trigger spasms.
• Opt for loose-fitting clothing instead of tight garments.
• Ensure you get sufficient sleep to prevent muscle strain.
• Change your position at least every two hours to prevent pressure sores and muscle spasms.
• Apply ice or hot packs to affected muscles for 15-20 minutes to ease spasms.
• Drink plenty of water to maintain muscle health.
