Deriva-CMS Gel is used to treat acne vulgaris by unclogging pores and controlling the bacteria that cause pimples. It reduces excess oil production and calms the redness and swelling associated with blackheads and whiteheads. Regular application results in a smoother complexion and prevents the formation of new acne lesions.

Administer Deriva-CMS Gel as follows:

Make sure your skin is clean and dry before application.
Apply a thin layer of the gel on affected areas once daily, preferably in the evening or as advised by the doctor.

Clindamycin (1%): This antibiotic inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to a specific part of susceptible bacteria known as 50S ribosomal subunits. This action reduces the population of bacteria that contribute to acne development and inflammation, primarily Propionibacterium acnes.

Pregnancy
