DDR 60 Capsule interacts with the following medicines:

• Antiretrovirals: Dexlansoprazole can reduce the absorption and effectiveness of medications used to treat HIV, such as atazanavir, nelfinavir, and rilpivirine.
• Anticoagulants: Dexlansoprazole may affect the blood's ability to clot. This can be dangerous if used in conjunction with blood-thinning medications like warfarin and aspirin.
• Antineoplastics: Dexlansoprazole may increase and prolong serum levels of anti-cancer medications like methotrexate, potentially enhancing its side effects.
• Immunosuppressants: Dexlansoprazole may increase serum levels of medicines like tacrolimus and cyclosporine, enhancing their potential side effects.

There are no known significant food interactions with DDR 60 Capsule.

DDR 60 Capsule interacts with the following diseases:

• Severe liver disease: Patients with moderate to severe liver damage should use this medicine with caution and only as per your doctor's prescription, as dosage adjustments may be required.
• Osteoporosis: Long-term use of proton pump inhibitors like dexlansoprazole might increase fracture risk in patients with osteoporosis or at risk for osteoporosis.
• Low magnesium levels: Regular monitoring of magnesium levels may be needed for patients on prolonged treatment or with risk factors for hypomagnesemia.
