VIGANEXT POWDER 1 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antiepileptic medicines (e.g., phenytoin): Vigabatrin may reduce phenytoin levels in the blood and may affect seizure control in some individuals. Monitoring or dose adjustment may be required during combined use.
• Benzodiazepines (e.g., clonazepam): Concurrent use may increase dizziness, sleepiness, sedation, or coordination problems. Monitoring may be advised during treatment.
• Other medicines causing drowsiness (e.g., zolpidem, alprazolam): Taking these medicines together may increase excessive sleepiness and reduced alertness. Caution may be required during combined use.

VIGANEXT POWDER 1 should be used with caution if you have:

• Vision disorders: Vigabatrin may cause permanent vision loss or narrowing of the visual field in some individuals. Regular eye examinations and vision monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Mental health disorders: Antiepileptic medicines may increase the risk of mood changes or suicidal thoughts in some individuals. Careful monitoring may be advised during treatment.
• Peripheral neuropathy: Vigabatrin may increase the risk of numbness, tingling, or nerve-related symptoms in some patients. Monitoring may be required during prolonged treatment.

Take VIGANEXT POWDER 1 exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage and duration of treatment may vary depending on age, body weight, type of seizure disorder, and individual response to treatment.

Overdose of VIGANEXT POWDER 1 may increase the risk of severe drowsiness, dizziness, confusion, breathing difficulty, speech problems, or reduced consciousness. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of VIGANEXT POWDER 1, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take two doses together to compensate for the missed dose.
