Cutisoft Lotion is used for controlling dermatitis, characterised by itchy, swollen or rough skin, and regulating eczema, which causes skin to turn red, itchy or inflamed.

Uses of Cutisoft Lotion are:

• Dermatitis: Controls itching, swelling and roughness of the skin caused by dermatitis.
• Eczema: Regulates redness, itching and inflammation caused by eczema.
• Insect Bite Reactions: Relieves swelling and itching from reactions to insect bites.

Cutisoft Lotion is intended for external use on the skin. Here are some simple steps to follow:

• Wash your hands before and after application unless your hands are the area being managed.

• Clean and dry the affected areas of skin before application.

• Rub a thin layer of Cutisoft Lotion gently into the skin as directed by your doctor.

• Be careful to avoid contact with your eyes, nose or mouth. Rinse with water if contact occurs.

• Don't cover the managed area with bandages unless advised by your doctor.

• Consult your doctor for specific instructions based on your condition.

Cutisoft Lotion is applied topically.

Cutisoft Lotion contains hydrocortisone (1%):

• Ensure the bottle is firmly shut when not in use.

• Do not freeze the lotion.

• For conditions like eczema and dermatitis, avoid known allergens in your diet as they may exacerbate skin inflammation. These could include certain types of nuts, dairy products, or gluten, depending on your specific allergies.
