Ascovent-SR Tablet is used for:

• Managing symptoms of asthma, such as wheezing and shortness of breath

• Controlling chronic bronchitis, a type of lung disease causing a long-term cough with mucus

• Reducing the severity and frequency of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) exacerbations

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• It can be taken with or without food.

• Ensure to follow the dosing schedule consistently as prescribed by your doctor.

Ascovent-SR Tablet contains acebrophylline (200 mg), which acts on your body through several mechanisms:
