Ab Flo Sr Tablet 10

AB-Flo SR Tablet is used to relieve symptoms associated with respiratory conditions such as asthma, COPD, and chronic bronchitis. It helps relieve wheezing, shortness of breath, and persistent cough by opening the airways and reducing airway inflammation, making breathing easier and improving overall respiratory comfort.

• Ingest the medication with a full glass of water. 
• Refrain from crushing or chewing the tablet.
• Consume it with or without food, but it is advisable to take it at the same time for optimal results.

The AB-Flo SR Tablet is taken orally. 

The AB-Flo SR Tablet contains the following components:

• Acebrophylline (200 mg): It acts as a bronchodilator and helps widen the air passages in the lungs, making it easier for the air to move in and out.
• Acebrophylline has anti-inflammatory properties that reduce inflammation in the airways. This is particularly beneficial in conditions like asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), where inflammation can obstruct airflow.
• The medication aids in thinning and loosening mucus in the airways, facilitating easier coughing out of the mucus. This is crucial in respiratory conditions where the accumulation of thick mucus can contribute to breathing difficulties.

The storage instructions for the AB-Flo SR Tablet are as follows:

• AB-Flo SR Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Incorporate potassium-rich foods into your diet, including tomatoes, bananas, asparagus, oranges, potatoes, avocados, dark leafy greens, and beetroots. Potassium is crucial for lung function, and a deficiency may lead to breathing issues.
• Ensure daily fluid intake to thin mucus, facilitating easier coughing and clearing airways.
• Avoid asthma-triggering foods like cabbage, beans, garlic, onions, shrimp, pickled and dried fruits, fried foods, carbonated drinks, wine, and bottled lemon/lime juice, as they may exacerbate symptoms.
• Engage in regular exercise to strengthen breathing muscles and enhance your immune system. Learn breathing exercises to improve lung capacity.
• Avoid smoking, as it can diminish the effectiveness of the AB-Flo SR tablet, aggravate lung irritation and worsen respiratory issues.
