Composition

Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 Mg) + Dextromethorphan (10 Mg) + Phenylephrine (5 Mg)

Cosome Cough Syrup is used to relieve a cough with congestion, along with nasal blockage and throat irritation, in children during colds and respiratory infections. It contains phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine and dextromethorphan, which relieve nasal congestion and allergy symptoms and suppress a dry cough.

This syrup also eases an irritated throat. Give it at the dose and frequency the doctor advises, using the measuring device provided.
