Amrolstar Nail Lacquer is used to treat fungal infections of the nails, restoring healthy nail appearance and preventing spread.

Uses of Amrolstar Nail Lacquer are:

• Fungal Nail Infections: Treats thickened, discoloured, or brittle nails caused by dermatophytes, clearing the infection over time with regular application.
• Spread Prevention: Helps prevent the spread of fungal infection to surrounding healthy nails and skin.

• Ensure that the skin area where you want to apply the cream is clean and dry.

• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area and gently rub it until it disappears.

• Do this once daily, preferably at bedtime.

Amrolstar Cream is applied topically.

Amrolstar Cream contains amorolfine (0.25 %). It works on your body in the following ways:

• Inhibits Essential Enzymes: Amorolfine acts by inhibiting two key enzymes involved in ergosterol biosynthesis – delta14-reductase and delta7-delta8-isomerase. These enzymes are crucial for the formation of ergosterol.

• Depletes Ergosterol: By inhibiting these enzymes, amorolfine effectively reduces the levels of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes.

• Alters Fungal Cell Membrane: The decrease in ergosterol alters the structure and function of the fungal cell membrane.

• Increases Cell Permeability: The alteration in the cell membrane increases its permeability, leading to leakage of cellular contents which inhibits fungal growth.

• Store your Amrolstar Cream in a cool place, ideally below 30°C.

• Keep the cream away from bright light and moisture to maintain its effectiveness.
