Lamrest 5 Tablet is used for the following:

Lamrest 5 Tablet contains melatonin (5 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Melatonin Receptor Binding: Melatonin attaches to specific receptors in brain called MT1 and MT2 receptors. This attachment triggers a series of reactions that help promote sleep.

• Circadian Rhythm Regulation: It helps reset and maintain your body's internal clock, also known as the circadian rhythm. This internal timing system controls when you feel sleepy and when you feel alert throughout the 24-hour day.
