Zerodol Cr Tablet 10

Zerodol-CR Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with joint and muscle conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It also helps manage soft-tissue inflammation like periarthritis and tenosynovitis. The controlled-release formulation provides prolonged pain relief and is effective in reducing pain and swelling after dental procedures, improving daily comfort and mobility.

• Swallow it as a whole with water after your meal to avoid stomach discomfort.
• Do not cut, break, or chew the medicine. 
• Take a Zerodol-CR Tablet at a fixed time for best results. 

Zerodol-CR Tablet should be taken orally. 

Zerodol-CR Tablet contains the following component: 

• Aceclofenac (200 mg): It is an NSAID that inhibits the cyclooxygenase-2 enzyme, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. These chemical messengers are key to inflammation, pain, and fever. By blocking the action of cyclooxygenases-2 enzyme, aceclofenac reduces the inflammation, pain, and fever associated with musculoskeletal disorders, joint pain, and injuries.

• Store this medicine at room temperature (15-25ºC).
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep Zerodol-CR Tablet away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Soak in a warm Epsom salt bath to relax muscles and reduce inflammation.
• You may apply a warm compress or ice pack to affected areas for relief from muscle spasms.
• Gentle massages with warm oils can help relax muscles and improve circulation.
• Perform gentle stretches to improve flexibility and prevent muscle stiffness. Avoid overstretching, especially if you have an injury.
• Elevate the affected area and rest to minimise strain on muscles.
• Choose comfortable, supportive shoes to minimise the impact on joints and muscles.
