Vilor-F Capsule can interact with medications, including:

• Antihypertensive medications such as atenolol, labetalol, and metoprolol. These medications can inhibit the effect of this capsule.
• Antidepressants such as amitriptyline, amoxapine, clomipramine, isocarboxazid, and phenelzine. These medications may increase the effect of this capsule in the blood.
• Antifungal agents such as ketoconazole and itraconazole. The concomitant use can increase the blood concentration of corticosteroids.
• Antiretroviral medications such as ritonavir, atazanavir, and indinavir. The concomitant use can increase the risk of systemic side effects.
• Antibiotics such as clarithromycin and telithromycin. The concomitant use can increase the risk of systemic side effects.
• Diuretic medications such as furosemide. The electrocardiographic changes and/or hypokalemia (low potassium levels) associated with diuretics may worsen with concomitant use of this capsule and diuretics.

Vilor-F Capsule can interact with diseases, including:

• Glaucoma (increased eye pressure): This medication may increase intraocular pressure and worsen glaucoma.
• Heart disorders: This medication can worsen the existing condition.
• Seizures: An overdose of this medicine may cause seizures.
• Diabetes: This medication may increase blood glucose levels.
• Hypertension: This medication may increase blood pressure in some individuals.
• Hyperthyroidism: This capsule may worsen hyperthyroidism.
• Viral, bacterial, parasitic, or fungal infection: This medication can worsen these infections.
• Hypercorticism and adrenal suppression: These conditions may occur with very high dosages or at the regular dosage in susceptible individuals and may worsen the existing condition.
• Osteoporosis: This medication can cause bone thinning or weakness and worsen existing condition.

The recommended daily dose of Vilor-F Capsule is as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor.

If you inhale an excessive amount of Vilor-F Capsule by accident, you may experience exaggeration of hypertension, hypotension, increased heart beat, nervousness, headache, tremor, palpitations, muscle cramps, nausea, dizziness, sleep disturbances, metabolic acidosis, hyperglycemia, hypokalemia, for which seeking medical advice is necessary. The excessive doses of this medicine for prolonged periods can cause systemic corticosteroid effects such as hypercorticism. Therefore strict adherence to the prescribed dosage and duration is recommended.

If you forgot to inhale Vilor-F capsule, take it as soon as you remember. If the time for the next dosage is close, it is recommended to skip the missed one now and resume your regular dosage pattern. Never increase your dosage without consulting your doctor.
