Vilor-F 200 Capsule is used for the following:

• Control and prevention of symptoms in adults with asthma

• Management of airflow obstruction in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

• Reduction of exacerbations in patients with COPD, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema

• Alleviation of sneezing and nasal congestion associated with allergic rhinitis

• This medicine is intended for oral inhalation using a compatible inhaler device.

• Take the capsule at the same time each day, as per your doctor's advice.

• Use the capsules immediately after removing them from the blister pack.

• If the capsules have been refrigerated, allow them to reach room temperature before use.

• After inhalation, rinse your mouth with water to prevent oral thrush (a type of fungal infection).

Vilor-F 200 Capsule is inhaled via a specialised inhaler device.

Vilor-F 200 Capsule contains two active ingredients that work together to manage breathing difficulties:

• Fluticasone Furoate (200 mcg): This component is an inhaled corticosteroid. It works by reducing inflammation in the airways. It does this by blocking certain chemicals in your body that cause redness and swelling.

• Vilanterol (25 mcg): This is a long-acting beta-2 agonist (LABA). It functions by relaxing the smooth muscles in the air passages of your lungs, making it easier to breathe.

These two ingredients work in tandem to open up constricted airways, decrease inflammation caused by allergens or irritants, and prevent the worsening of symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath associated with asthma and COPD.

• Store Vilor-F 200 Capsule at a room temperature, ideally below 30°C.

• Keep the capsule in a dry, dark place to avoid direct exposure to sunlight and moisture.

• Always keep the medicine out of reach of children.

• The capsule should be used before its expiry date.
