K-Glim-M 1mg Tablet is taken orally.

K-Glim-M 1mg Tablet consists of the following two components:

• Glimepiride (1 mg): This is a sulfonylurea that stimulates your pancreas to secrete more insulin. It works by binding to specific receptors on the pancreatic beta cells, which then closes certain potassium channels, resulting in more insulin being released.
