CompositionEritel H Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure in adults, often when a single medicine is not enough, and to reduce fluid build-up (oedema), lowering the strain on the heart and the risk of heart attack and stroke.
It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes the blood vessels, and hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic that helps the body remove excess salt and water.
Take it at the same time each day, and continue it even when you feel well.
Do not use it in pregnancy. Tell your doctor about any kidney or liver problems, gout or diabetes before use. Your doctor may check your body salts and kidney function. Report marked dizziness or dehydration.
