Sartel H Tablet consists of two active ingredients that work in unison to manage hypertension:

• Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg): This ingredient is a thiazide diuretic, commonly known as a "water pill". It works by increasing the amount of salt and water eliminated from the body as urine. This process helps reduce blood pressure.

• Telmisartan (40 mg): Classified as an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), telmisartan functions by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a substance that narrows blood vessels in your body. By inhibiting this action, telmisartan facilitates the relaxation of blood vessels and contributes to lowering blood pressure.

• Store Sartel H Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius.
