Telekast-L Tablet is used to manage allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis, hay fever, and chronic urticaria. It helps relieve sneezing, nasal congestion, itchy and watery eyes, and skin itching. When taken regularly, it also helps prevent and control asthma-related symptoms like coughing and wheezing.

• Take the tablet orally as directed by your doctor; do not crush or chew it.
• You can take it with or without food.
