Shelcal M Tablet is used for the management of calcium deficiency and metabolic bone diseases like osteoporosis. It combines Calcium with Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), which works together to maximise intestinal mineral absorption and reinforce the structural integrity of the skeletal system. Enriched with Magnesium and Zinc, the formula also facilitates proper muscle contraction and nerve transmission for overall musculoskeletal performance. This medication is commonly prescribed during pregnancy and for the elderly as directed by a physician.
