Telekast A Tablet is used to manage asthma and manage symptoms of allergic rhinitis (hay fever). It contains Montelukast and Acebrophylline, which relax the airways and reduce allergic inflammation, providing relief from sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes, while also helping prevent asthma attacks.

1. Take the tablet orally with water.
