Telekast A Tablet is used as maintenance treatment for asthma with allergic rhinitis or related airway symptoms; it is not a rescue medicine for a sudden asthma attack.
It contains acebrophylline 200 mg and montelukast 10 mg, which help open the airways, reduce mucus, and control inflammation. Take it exactly as prescribed and continue regular inhalers unless your doctor changes them.
Avoid known triggers and keep the prescribed rescue inhaler available for sudden symptoms.
Tell your doctor about liver, kidney, heart, seizure, or ulcer disease. Contact your doctor promptly for unusual mood, sleep, or behaviour changes, and seek urgent care for severe breathing difficulty.
