Montair AB Tablet is used in adults to manage asthma symptoms, help control COPD symptoms, and ease allergic rhinitis symptoms in people with asthma.

Montair AB Tablet consists of two active ingredients:

• Acebrophylline (200 mg): This component works as a bronchodilator. It relaxes the smooth muscles around your airways, making it easier for you to breathe. Additionally, it exhibits mucorregulatory and anti-inflammatory properties, which help to control mucus production and reduce inflammation in the airways.

• Montelukast (10 mg): This ingredient selectively blocks the action of leukotrienes in your body. Leukotrienes are chemicals that cause inflammation and constriction of the airways when released. By preventing these effects, montelukast reduces airway inflammation and tightening.
