Spiromont A Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Acebrophylline (200 mg): This component acts as a bronchodilator and mucolytic agent. It relaxes the smooth muscles in your airways, making them wider to allow better airflow. Additionally, it helps thin and loosen mucus secretions, making it easier for you to expel them through coughing.
• Montelukast (10 mg): This is a leukotriene receptor antagonist (LTRA).
