Tapal Er 50 MG Tablet 10

Tapal ER 50 MG Tablet is used to manage moderate to severe pain when conventional pain relievers are not effective. It helps relieve acute pain after injury or surgery, nerve-related pain such as diabetic neuropathy, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. The medicine provides sustained pain control and improves daily comfort.

• Tapal 50 Tablet should be STRICTLY taken as per the prescribed dosage and frequency which is often individualised as per the severity of pain which is being treated.
• It should be taken whole with a glass of water. 
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet.
• Do Not abruptly discontinue this medicine as it can result in withdrawal symptoms. Your doctor will gradually taper the dose before stopping it completely.

Tapal 50 Tablets should be taken orally. 

Tapal 50 Tablet contains Tapentadol hydrochloride (50mg) which:

• Acts on μ type of opioid receptors inside the brain and also inhibits the reuptake of a neurotransmitter called norepinephrine. Both these actions are responsible for the effective pain relief provided by this medicine.

• Tapal 50 Tablet, should be stored below 30°Celsius
• It should be kept away from the reach of children and pets. 
• Do not use these tablets once the expiry date has passed 
• Protect these Tablets from excessive light and moisture.

• Tapal 50 Tablet use can cause dependence; hence, it should not be used beyond the prescribed duration.
• Abrupt stopping of this medicine can cause withdrawal symptoms, which should be informed to the doctor. They are best prevented by gradual tapering of the dose before stopping the medication.
• Use of any depressants like alcohol should be avoided when taking this medicine, as their combined effect can be dangerous.
