Take it as directed by your doctor and continue for the full duration prescribed, as the full benefit may take several weeks or months.
Some simple measures can help alongside this medicine. These include reducing fluids in the evening, limiting caffeine and alcohol, and not delaying going to the toilet when you feel the need.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any liver problems or other medicines you take. As it can lower blood pressure, you may feel dizzy when standing up, so rise slowly. This medicine is for use in men only, and women who are or may become pregnant should not handle the capsules.
