• Oral Hypoglycaemic Agents: Syscan 200 Capsule 4 may increase the blood-sugar-lowering effects of diabetes medications such as glimepiride, gliclazide, and glibenclamide. This can lead to hypoglycaemia (low blood sugar), so monitoring blood sugar levels is essential.
• Coumarin-type Anticoagulants: Medications like warfarin, which are used to thin the blood, may have an enhanced effect when taken with Syscan 200 Capsule 4. 
• Antiepileptics: Fluconazole can increase the levels of phenytoin, a medication used to control seizures, in your body. 
• Immunosuppressants: Syscan 200 Capsule 4 may raise cyclosporine levels in the body, an immunosuppressant used to prevent organ rejection. Regular monitoring is essential to prevent potential toxicity.
• Antibiotics: Rifampin, an antibiotic, can reduce the effectiveness of fluconazole by lowering its levels in your body. 
• Oral Contraceptives: The effectiveness of oral contraceptives containing levonorgestrel or ethinylestradiol may be affected by Syscan 200 Capsule 4.

• Liver Disease: If you have a history of liver disease, use Syscan 200 Capsule 4 with caution. This medicine is metabolised in the liver, and patients with liver issues may experience worsened symptoms. Regular monitoring and dose adjustments may be necessary to avoid adverse effects.
